From the Hubbard Free Library: Welcome to the Dave McIntosh Author Talk at the Hubbard Free Library! Dave's talk on February 1st will focus on experiences that led him to become an author of reference books. His passion for research, from building shields as a child to talking to people as a convener, Councilor, VP, and President of CMNA was sparked after finding that much of the information that others had given him was incorrect; discovering that was his reason to start writing with that first reference book. If there is time and interest, Dave will also discuss Scottish heraldry. Dave has a particular interest and knowledge of the heraldry of the Chattan clans.
