Shopping in Hallowell
Hallowell Antique Mall
This is an old school antiques store the likes of which are disappearing from Maine. Housed in two buildings, it has an extensive collection of antiques ranging from jewelry to furniture. They list featured items on Facebook as well as having a What’s This Wednesday where they ask people to identify some curious item.

Scrummy Afters
Scrummy as in Scrumptious, this is a great little candy store. The colorful trailer holds a surprisingly large assortment of candies, many of them classics. If nothing else, you need to go in to see the cotton candy tree.
