Peggy Bosse
Art by Peggy Hemberg Bosse
From Peggy: As an artist and native of this beautiful state, outside is my favorite place to be.
There is so much nature to take in and so many colors to admire.
I feel so fortunate I see the many colors in the world the way I do and enjoy splashing them on the canvas.
I paint with all mediums, but oils always seem to pull me in. I start my paintings on a blank canvas with no plan in mind and no idea where each piece will take me. I often switch gear’s halfway through and enjoy the surprise of the finished piece.
Painting is my relaxation and each time I pick up a brush, I’m switched into the present moment.

Geno (Gene) Fahn
From the Artist: Lives in Western Mountains area of Maine.
Retired from many things. Spent many years in the sign design fabrication business and graphic arts. Dabbled in various arts such as "Found metal "art, welding and blacksmithing where I made many floral type wrought iron sign brackets and hardware and other things throughout my life now at 73.
Just recently getting back into painting after a long hiatus and I will call it Contemporary art in the Barn Quilt style. Most are enamel paintings on ACM to replicate stain glass windows.
Also a musician of sorts. Enjoy playing my ukuleles, blues harmonicas and conga drums.
Wisper Woolf
Multimedia Art
From the artist: I use multimedia to make a piece that is not only visually pleasing but also has a contrast of texture. I am an artist who loves to try new styles and am discovering new ways to create daily. I love beadwork and making flowers out of crochet and even pipe cleaners!
My name is Wisper Woolf and I’m 24 years old. Born in Texas but have lived in Maine my whole life. Originally from Camden. I’ve always loved painting and remember seeing Edvard munch’s work in my middle school art class and instantly knowing I wanted to do that. I was obsessed with the fact you could use such bright colors yet evoke such a darker feeling. It fascinated me. I also have had a long struggle dealing with my epilepsy and art and creativity is really the only thing that gets me through.

Pamela Hetherly
Oil Paintings
From her Website : My first drawings were of horses when I was a child. Then in the third grade I drew a primer to help math-haters realize just how wonderful geometry was, and how geometry explained and related to the world they live in. Maybe this was the beginning of my long and quite diverse career, from medicine, to engineering, and now painting.
I studied in Italy in 2014 at the Jerusalem Studio School in Civita Castellana, where I was exposed to a number of incredible artists. The teaching honed my skills and set me off toward a new way of seeing and a new focus in my painting.
