The Hubbard Free Library presents the Castle Rock Rising Costume Contest - can you earn the $100.00 grand prize for best costume? Someone will be crowned the Best of Castle Rock!
This is a ticketed event, tickets are $10.00 at the door. All proceeds benefit the Hubbard Free Library - so come on and bring your best, most horrifying costume and support your local library at the same time.
This event, taking place a the American Legion Hall at 114 Second Street, is expected to take approximately 30 minutes, giving you plenty of time to take your self to dinner before heading to the Carrie Prom to show off your costume and dance the night away.
