The Hallowell City Council meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers at City Hall (in-person only; Zoom will not be available).

Summary: Session features public hearings and votes on a medical marijuana retail license renewal for Hallowell 4Twenty and updated General Assistance ordinance guidelines.

    • Assessments & Infrastructure: Discussion on parking options for the Dummer House and assessment questions requiring approval for RJD Appraisal.

    • Approval of the September 8, 2026 minutes, department/office reports, and the September Roll of Accounts totaling $1,099,202.24.
